The low carbon steel backing allows for extremely high load capacity, the Sintered bronze layer offers optimal heat dispersion, and the PTFE layer creates a sliding surface with a low coefficient of friction and allows for a wide temperature range. The sleeve is ideal for heavy loads at moderate speeds or light loads at high speeds. The BU steel-backed PTFE lined bearings have good physical and mechanical properties and are suitable for rotary, oscillating movement with the performance of self-lubrication, anti-wear, low friction, and lower noise.
