ALL WORLD MACHINERY SUPPLY ACQUIRES OKAMOTO REBUILDER & DISTRIBUTOR

ROSCOE, IL — June 17th, 2021 — All World Machinery Supply Inc., a subsidiary of Daikin industries LTD., announced that it has acquired Titan Machinery Sales, an authorized distributor of Okamoto machines, products, and services, headquartered out of Lake Zurich, Illinois with locations within Florida and North Carolina. The purchase will better serve the expanding needs of All World Machinery Supply customers in North America.
The purchase of the Titan Machinery Sales fits into All World Machinery Supply’s strategy to become more diversified as an authorized Okamoto machine distributor and service provider. By purchasing the company, All World Machinery Supply will be better positioned to provide these products and services to manufacturers and machine shops across the United States. Titan Machinery Sales will be remaining at their facilities in Lake Zurich, Illinois and Sanford, North Carolina and is currently capable of sales and full-service production.
